What we look at on the visit
- The wood. Oak, maple, cherry, laminate — each needs different prep. We check up close.
- The old finish. Stained, painted, worn, peeling? It tells us how much prep the job needs.
- The layout. We count doors and drawers and note islands, pantries, and built-ins.
- The condition. Grease near the stove. Wear at the handles. Water damage at the sink. We find it all now so the price is real.
What you get
A written price for the whole job. What is included. How long it takes. When we can start. You can take it and think. No pushy follow-up.
How to prepare
Nothing much. You do not need to empty cabinets for the visit. Just be home so we can see the kitchen. If you have colors in mind, have them handy — we also bring samples.
